Covid-19 Protocols & Safety Guidelines

In order to keep you and our staff safe, we have new safety procedures and requirements to have an appointment:

  • If you feel sick and / or have a cough, fever, or been exposed to someone with COVID -19, we ask that you please stay home. Call the salon to cancel and we will reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours to appointment 
  • No shows will be subject to cancellation charge 
  • Masks are mandatory for EVERYONE, if you forget yours we have masks on sale 
  • You will need to sign a waiver upon entering the salon 
  • When arriving for your appointment you can call 914-481-4009, let us know you have arrived & will let you know when to come in. We ask you to wait in your car until notified 
  • We will be taking temperatures upon entry
  • Must wash hands or sanitize upon entry 
  • We will not be providing coffee or tea during this time but you are welcome to bring your own as long as its in a closed container. Water bottles will be provided 
  • We will now have a safety service charge of $5 that will be added to all appointments due to increase sanitary & PPE cost
  • We are not accepting cash at this moment , we recommend and perfer: Venmo or Zelle 
  • If you wish to pay with credit card you can call before your appointment 
  • Limited guests, please do not bring other family members or friends to your appointment
